We are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and educating our clients, and we are looking for a motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Reception/Sales Admin/Office Admin.

**Job Overview**: We are seeking a dynamic individual to manage a variety of office and customer service tasks, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will be crucial in managing communications, scheduling appointments, following up with clients, and assisting with marketing initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Answer incoming calls and direct them appropriately
- Book and manage appointments through our Google Calendar
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and remind them of upcoming appointments
- Perform general office administrative duties as required
- Maintain an organized and welcoming front office area
- Assist with customer inquiries and sales-related tasks
- Help with office supplies inventory and other administrative needs

**Qualifications**:

- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience in office administration or customer service is a plus
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and handling multiple tasks at once
- Familiarity with the detailing industry is preferred, but not required
