**Position: Business Development Manager**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Location**: Markham

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for implementing short term and long term business strategy
- Develop new B2B customers and channels.
- Drive marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness.
- Analyze and forecast the industry trends and potential opportunities.
- Develop and manage customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with outsource mask supplies about raw material arrangement, quality, shipment, quotation, etc.
- Prepare proposals and quotations, and negotiate contracts.
- Other tasks assigned

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales and/or Marketing
- 3 years B2B sales experience in medical device industry
- High energy, self-motivated, and passion for business success
- Ability to establish and maintain strong business relationships
- Effective communication and negotiation skills
- Strong problem solving skills
- Customer service oriented
- Works well independently and as part of a team
