Real Estate Professional

The primary role is to assist our buyers and sellers **Win** when it comes to their real estate goals. Along that path, you must be team-spirited and open-hearted We believe in helping each other learn, grow and succeed.

You will be expected to participate in training and act as the main point of contact with our clients. Bring your knowledge, enthusiasm, passion, and love We generate tons of leads and offer lots of coaching; plus, present an opportunity to grow passive income.

**Compensation**:
$150,000 yearly at plan commission

**Responsibilities**:

- Job two is following up. Again, our systems and training make this **Easy**:

- Assist buyers with showings of homes.
- Assist Sellers Agents with listing properties for sale and doing open houses.
- Write offers, negotiate transactions, and close them to possession
- You’ll also learn how to generate business for yourself too This includes building out your sphere of influence, contacting them and engaging meaningfully within your community. This is a great source of business and we'll teach you how to do that too Plus, you get great bonuses for these kinds of deals
- Your main job is to build trust and grow relationships so you can help families buy real estate
- Be a community builder and supporter with us.
- We care **A Lot**, your success will depend on how much you care, how hard you work, and how coachable you are.
- Being coachable is key. We’ll provide excellent mentorship...you just need to deliver the goods
- You must be flexible. Things are **Always** changing in our industry. One of the ways we’ve managed to grow over the years is because we’re constantly learning new technology, new strategies, new scripts, and new ways to serve the needs of our valued clients.

**Qualifications**:

- You must be kind and open-hearted - there is zero tolerance for bullies here
- You **Must Be Coachable** and willing to learn
- You must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- You must **Possess** or be eligible for an Ontario real estate license to be considered for this role.
- You must obtain your Ontario real estate license to become part of our team.
- You definitely need a well-maintained car and a valid driver's license.
- You need to be living in Ontario or be willing to move here.
- You gotta be passionate about being your best and helping others.
- You gotta be fun-loving.
- There's no question you need to be hard working.
