**Role Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 2 years of professional experience in digital marketing, social media management, and/or graphic design.
- Proven track record of developing effective marketing and social media strategies.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; additional experience in copywriting is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in digital design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
- **Experience as an assistant or in a support role with a demonstrated ability to follow schedules, time block, manage follow-ups, and ensure no tasks are left unfinished.**
- **Capacity to anticipate needs, look ahead at upcoming tasks, and remain open-minded to new ideas and feedback.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the marketing manager to craft and implement comprehensive marketing strategies.
- Manage and enhance the agency’s social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and more.
- Develop engaging content for various digital platforms, including social media posts, website content, and newsletters.
- Design compelling graphics and promotional materials to support marketing campaigns.
- Assist in organizing and promoting community and team events.
- Explore and engage with various advertising opportunities to enhance visibility and reach.
- **Ensure meticulous follow-up and closure of all ongoing tasks, demonstrating thoroughness in all work.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$24.00 per hour
