Office Assistant

We're searching for a diligent office assistant to provide administrative support. You’ll be responsible for responding to all communications and questions in a friendly and timely manner, implementing office standards to streamline our processes, scheduling appointments, and company events, and communicating with our database to book appointments. Note: position is on-site in Parry Sound, Ontario. Applicants should be extremely thorough, possess excellent communication skills, and have some background in customer service. **Compensation**:
$36,000 plus bonus
**Responsibilities**:
- Work to create marketing opportunities and plan events for our customer base in the community to improve company reputation and visibility
- Increase productivity by creating record-keeping procedures for customer data filing systems
- Strengthen existing abilities and gain new ones by participating in training opportunities
- Inform team members regularly about the status of projects and any setbacks or achievements
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our team and the services we offer
- Coordinate community support events and agent events
- Follow up with leads generated through various marketing efforts
- Schedule appointments for potential clients to meet with our agents
- Learn the Follow Up Boss CRM system thoroughly and use that knowledge to improve system automation.
- Collaborate with the team to identify new sales opportunities
**Qualifications**:
- Proven track record of completing projects on time in an orderly manner
- Display excellent written, problem-solving, and verbal communication skills
- Customer service, bookkeeping, or administrative experience is preferred
- Technologically savvy with working knowledge of Microsoft and Google Suite programs with the ability to learn new programs quickly and troubleshoot common issues
- Real Estate experience preferred but not required to apply
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Proficiency with a CRM system or willingness to do intense training to learn
- Valid real estate license (or the willingness to obtain one)
