Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Owen Sound, ON, for a Real Estate Law Clerk. The role involves preparing legal documentation, assisting with real estate transactions, and ensuring compliance with legal procedures. The Law Clerk will also collaborate with legal professionals to provide seamless client service and contribute to the firm's ongoing success.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Law and experience with Legal Document Preparation
  • Strong skills in Research and Writing
  • Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to effectively interact with clients and colleagues
  • Attention to detail and familiarity with real estate legal processes
  • Relevant certification or diploma in law clerk, paralegal studies, or a related field is preferred
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks in a professional environment
  • Experience with real estate legal software is an asset
