**OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR**
Zemlar Offices is an all-in-one business workspace solution provider across the GTA since 2011. We provide customized furnished private office spaces, meeting rooms, co-working spaces, one day office, and virtual office services.
**Major duties and Responsibilities**
- Meet and greet clients and visitors in a courteous and friendly manner
- Provide general support to clients and visitors by answering their questions and requests
- Offer full information about the available offices and Zemlar Offices services
- Report expenses, follow-up with clients on monthly payments and update the rent collection sheet
- Carry out administrative duties such as copying, binding, scanning, receiving, and sending mail.
- Develop and maintain a filing system (electronically and hard copies)
- Preparing and updating client’s agreement and making sure all documents are complete
- Book and prepare conference rooms and one day office usage
- Be an integral part of our team working closely with the management and colleagues by providing administrative support to all departments
- Report, maintain and coordinate with the management team to ensure that the site is well organized and taking care of
- Coordinate with the sales team for prospect clients site viewing
- Prepare move ins and outs for offices with operations and sales team
- Browsing Office RND platform for all office space information and clients’ data
**Skills and proficiencies**:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Excellent organization skills
- Extreme attention to detail and the ability to work independently
- Problem-solving skills
- Strong working experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of Office RND is preferable
**Experience**: Minimum 2 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant, receptionist, customer services or relevant role, considered an asset.
**Job Type**: Full Time - Monday to Friday - 9a.m. to 5p.m.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $17.00-$19.00 per hour
