Our warehouse team is the heartbeat of our operations, ensuring that essential products reach the people who need them—accurately and on time. We’re currently looking for a dedicated, organized, and hands-on **Shipping & Warehouse Coordinator** to guide our warehouse operations and help keep things running smoothly.

**What You’ll Do**

Do you thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven environment? As our **Shipping & Warehouse Coordinator**, you’ll be responsible for overseeing daily operations, improving workflow, and ensuring our shipping process runs like clockwork.

**Your key responsibilities will include**:

- **Shipping & Fulfillment**: Take the lead on shipping and order fulfillment for our retail and online store, ensuring timely, accurate, and well-packaged deliveries.
- **Loading & Unloading Trucks**: Assist with receiving and shipping by physically loading and unloading trucks—this role requires strength and stamina.
- **Receiving Support**: Assist with receiving incoming shipments and performing inventory checks as needed.
- **Purchasing Assistance**: Provide occasional support with purchasing tasks and restocking inventory.
- **Maintain Warehouse Cleanliness**: Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and well-organized in line with hygiene and safety standards.
- **Problem-Solving**: Be the go-to person for warehouse-related challenges and respond with practical, timely solutions.
- **Record-Keeping & Data Entry**: Ensure all shipping, inventory, and product movement data is entered accurately and promptly into our system.
- **Stay Busy During Downtime**: While the role is often fast-paced, slower moments will require a proactive mindset—there’s always something that can be done if you take initiative.
- **Proactive Thinking**: Identify potential issues before they arise—whether it’s stock shortages, delays, or equipment needs—and take action to prevent disruptions.

**What We’re Looking For**

We’re looking for someone who leads by example, takes initiative, and thrives in a detail-oriented, hands-on role.
- Have **warehouse or logistics experience**.
- Are **organized and process-driven**, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
- Are confident using **computers and inventory systems** (bonus points for Windward experience).
- Excel at **data entry and record-keeping**, with strong attention to detail.
- Enjoy working as part of a team and are willing to support and train others.
- Are **physically fit**, able to **lift and move boxes**, load/unload trucks, and remain on your feet for an entire 8-hour shift.
- Can **reliably commute** to our Edmonton location in the Capilano area.
