About The Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and physically capable Shipping & Inventory Coordinator to join our Distribution team. In this role, you'll ensure secure and accurate shipment handling, inventory control, and warehouse operations while providing exceptional support to internal and external clients.
What You'll Do
- Pick, pack, and ship orders within established timelines
- Receive stock, verify quantities, and ensure accurate documentation
- Maintain daily records in shipping/inventory systems
- Organize warehouse stock and conduct regular inventory counts
- Operate Reach Trucks and material handling equipment safely
- Support OHS initiatives and maintain a clean, secure workspace
- Communicate with clients and teams via phone, email, or in person
What You Bring
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid Class 5 Driver's License (good standing)
- Ability to lift 35 lbs., stand, bend, and reach throughout shift
- 1+ year experience in shipping, receiving, and inventory control
- 1+ year operating a Reach Truck (warehouse environment)
- Strong computer skills and attention to detail
- Customer-focused mindset & strong communication skills
- CSA-approved safety footwear (must be provided by the resource)
Nice to Have
- First Aid / AED certification
- Valid Reach Truck training & certification
- Experience with secure or controlled inventory environments
- Familiarity with OHS standards and working-alone policies
- Strong skills with warehouse management systems/databases
