Shipping & Inventory Coordinator
Location: Edmonton, Alberta (Onsite)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:15 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. (1-hour lunch)
Rate: Competitive hourly rate
Job Type: Full-time, Contract
Key Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship all orders accurately within 24–48 hours
- Handle serialized and high-security materials with precision and care
- Safely operate a Reach Truck and other warehouse equipment (PPE required)
- Perform regular inventory counts, reconciliations, and stock organization
- Receive and verify incoming shipments; update records within 24 hours
- Maintain daily shipping data in Shipping Manager and MOVES systems
- Coordinate bulk distributions and monitor shipping timelines
- Participate in warehouse safety inspections and Joint Health & Safety Committee activities
- Provide professional and courteous support to internal departments and external stakeholders
What You'll Need
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 35 lbs
- Valid driver's license (in good standing)
- Hands-on experience with Reach Truck and other warehouse material-handling equipment
- Strong computer and data entry skills with attention to detail in recordkeeping
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and maintain productivity in a fast-paced environment
Additional Requirements
- Criminal Record Check (Level 1) – completed by Edmonton Police or RCMP (mandatory)
- CSA-approved safety boots – required for all warehouse work
- Completion of mandatory training modules upon hire:

- OHS Awareness (online module)
