Shipping & Inventory Coordinator

Location: Edmonton, Alberta (Onsite)

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:15 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. (1-hour lunch)

Rate: Competitive hourly rate

Job Type: Full-time, Contract

Key Responsibilities

  • Pick, pack, and ship all orders accurately within 24–48 hours
  • Handle serialized and high-security materials with precision and care
  • Safely operate a Reach Truck and other warehouse equipment (PPE required)
  • Perform regular inventory counts, reconciliations, and stock organization
  • Receive and verify incoming shipments; update records within 24 hours
  • Maintain daily shipping data in Shipping Manager and MOVES systems
  • Coordinate bulk distributions and monitor shipping timelines
  • Participate in warehouse safety inspections and Joint Health & Safety Committee activities
  • Provide professional and courteous support to internal departments and external stakeholders

What You'll Need

  • Physically fit and able to lift up to 35 lbs
  • Valid driver's license (in good standing)
  • Hands-on experience with Reach Truck and other warehouse material-handling equipment
  • Strong computer and data entry skills with attention to detail in recordkeeping
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and maintain productivity in a fast-paced environment

Additional Requirements

  • Criminal Record Check (Level 1) – completed by Edmonton Police or RCMP (mandatory)
  • CSA-approved safety boots – required for all warehouse work
