**Duties**
- Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards.
- Assist in demand planning by analyzing historical data and market trends to forecast inventory needs effectively.
- Collaborate with warehouse distribution teams to streamline order fulfillment processes and improve efficiency.
- Implement process improvement initiatives to enhance inventory accuracy and reduce discrepancies.
- Perform data mining and collection activities to support ongoing analysis of inventory performance metrics.
- Implement and maintain inventory control policies and procedures.
- Generate inventory reports to restock primary locations
- Supervise and train inventory staff.
- Assist in year end stock audits

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in inventory management or related fields or supply chain operations.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel specially VLOOKUP & Pivot Table for data analysis tasks.
- Familiarity with materials management concepts and practices, including MRP (Material Requirements Planning.
- Ability to operate a forklift safely is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy in data entry and reporting tasks.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement initiatives.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in an inventory management roll, with a proven track record of success in achieving targeted goals.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational and managements skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks

Pay: $55,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
