**Job duties**:

- Supervise Warehouse Operations: Lead and manage a team of shipping and receiving clerks, ensuring smooth and efficient operations within the customs bonded warehouse facility.
- Customs Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to customs regulations and procedures governing bonded warehouse operations, including customs clearance.
- Inventory Management: Oversee the accurate tracking, storage, and handling of bonded inventory within the warehouse. Maintain proper documentation and record-keeping for all bonded goods.
- Problem Resolution: Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies related to customs clearance, duty payments, or regulatory compliance within the bonded warehouse environment. Implement corrective measures and process improvements as needed.
- Training and Development: Provide comprehensive training to shipping and receiving clerks on customs procedures, documentation requirements, and compliance standards. Foster a culture of continuous learning and development to enhance staff expertise in customs-related matters.
- Documentation and Reporting: Coordinate the preparation and submission of customs documentation, including import/export declarations, customs entries, and other required paperwork. Ensure timely and accurate completion of all customs-related paperwork.
- Audits and Inspections: Prepare for and assist with customs audits and inspections of the bonded warehouse facility. Collaborate with customs officials to provide necessary documentation and support during audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Safety and Security: Maintain a safe and secure working environment within the bonded warehouse facility. Enforce safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents or incidents.

**Skills Requirements**:
**Education**:

- College or Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field preferred.

**Work Experience**:

- At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a customs bonded warehouse environment.
- Understanding of customs regulations and procedures governing bonded warehouse operations.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
