**YOUR MISSION**
- Coordinate the production and updating of technical documentation required for costume reproduction;
- Promote and maintain the APTO* standard with his team and shows;
- Act as delegated authority in decisions affecting costume integrity, including activities arising from the quality control process;
- Responsible for maintaining a strong bond of trust between shows and the studio;
- Analyze complaints and coordinate modification activities;
- Coordinate costume optimization projects;
- Coordinate different departments in the realization of new concepts, wardrobes or any other project: evaluation of mock-ups, coordination of material choices, fittings, respect of concept integrity, communication with the designer or artistic direction, follow-up of approvals after deliveries, etc.
- Support the Head of Cutting and Sewing in achieving established objectives;
- APTO :Artistic, Performance, Technical and Operational

**YOUR UNIQUE EXPERTISE**
- DEC in fashion design or theatrical production, or equivalent experience;
- Minimum of three to five years' experience in the costume industry;
- Experience in coordination;
- Team spirit and leadership;
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
- Knowledge of processing materials and techniques; asset
- Ability to analyze and synthesize;
- Ability to adapt to unforeseen circumstances and to work under pressure;
- Ability to adapt to change;
- Knowledge of MS Office suite, SharePoint;
- Fluency in spoken and written French and English;
