Business Development Coordinator

Position Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Development Coordinator to join our team. The Business Development Coordinator will support the Director of Business Development in managing client relationships, coordinating sales activities, and ensuring the smooth operation of the sales department. This role is crucial in helping us achieve our sales goals and delivering exceptional service to our clients.
Key Accountabilities:
- Assist the Director of Business Development in managing daily sales activities and client interactions.
- Coordinate and track sales leads, opportunities, and pipeline.
- Prepare and process sales documents, proposals, contracts, and reports.
- Schedule and organize meetings, presentations, and client visits.
- Prepare and share customer dashboards using Excel, PowerBI and other tools.
- Collaborate and coordinate with the sales team in maintaining live updates on sales targets, new business, business in jeopardy, lost, including the associated revenues.
- Gathering and synthesizing relevant data, conducting sales analysis, while developing corporate presentations and KPI’s.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including operations and customer service, to ensure client needs are met.
- Analyze sales data and trends to assist in developing sales strategies.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company’s products, services, and industry trends.
- Work closely with the Business Development Director in delivering key projects.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales support or coordination role, preferably in the logistics or 3PL industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership and capacity development skills.
- Highly organized and detail oriented.
- Respect for people and ideas.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
