The Fashion Hero is a ground-breaking TV competition series, challenging the fashion industry standards of beauty and empowering real people to accomplish what was once seen as impossible.

We are looking for an **in-office** **Production Coordinator **to work hand-in-hand with our team. Under the direction of the Executive Producer, you will participate in an array of activities in the realm of production, post-production and distribution. This position is ideal for someone that wants to gain experience in the full production process of reality TV.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist executive producer with a variety of tasks that include financial tracking, calendar management, sending materials, travel coordination and stocking office supplies
- Assist with any personal tasks for executive producer such as mailing materials, picking up and dropping off deliverables, etc.
- Communication with internal and external stakeholders with high professionalism
- Updating and maintaining folders pertaining to production and distribution
- Create materials (pitch decks, letters, etc.) to send to internal and external stakeholders
- Research related to production, development and distribution
- Assist marketing team in video content creation

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WOULD BE:

- 1+ years of entertainment experience in a production company with experience in all or some of the following: development, pre-production, production, post-production and distribution
- Degree in Film/Television, Marketing, or Communications is preferred
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills with the ability to communicate efficiently and effectively across departments
- Basic design skills in Canva, Photoshop and Illustrator
- Knowledge of basic marketing skills is an asset
- English is necessary, French is a plus
- Video editing using Premier Pro is a plus
- Access to a vehicle is a plus
- Must have a valid Passport

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract, Freelance

**Salary**: $800.00-$900.00 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

- Montréal, QC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

- Media/TV: 1 year (preferred)
