We’re seeking a **full-time Sales Representative** to join our dynamic team at our head office in **Shawnigan Lake, BC**. If you’re passionate about building relationships, solving customer challenges, and achieving sales success, we want to hear from you

**What You’ll Do**:

- Prospect and connect with potential clients to identify new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, reps, and distributors.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by offering tailored solutions to client needs.
- Actively listen to customers and provide expert advice on how our products and programs can benefit them.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, including energy-saving solutions, LED lighting, and more.
- Accurately enter and manage customer information in our database.
- Follow up on leads and set call-back dates to ensure customer satisfaction and continued growth.

**What You Bring**:

- A positive attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field (call-center experience is a plus).
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a clear and confident phone presence.
- Tech-savvy with experience using customer database software and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, etc.).
- A self-starter mindset with a relentless drive to succeed and grow.
- Exceptional listening skills and the ability to think creatively to solve customer challenges.
- Experience in the supermarket sector, energy-saving products, or lighting (including LED) is a **huge asset**.

Pay: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
