This position is ideal for someone with a strong interest in sales who is excited about working with innovative products and solutions in the retail equipment and energy-saving industries. **What You’ll Do**:

- Proactively connect with potential clients and identify new business opportunities.
- Support and maintain relationships with customers, distributors, and sales reps.
- Learn and understand our product lines, including LED lighting and refrigeration accessories.
- Offer expert product advice tailored to client needs.
- Accurately manage customer information in our internal database.
- Follow up with leads and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Collaborate with senior sales staff to support strategy and growth.

**What You Bring**:

- A positive, professional attitude and a desire to grow into a full sales role.
- Experience in sales, customer service, or related fields (call center experience is a plus).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, and a confident phone presence.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel) and customer tracking software.
- Motivated, self-driven, and eager to learn.
- Background or interest in lighting, supermarket equipment, or energy-saving solutions is a plus.
