Imagine managing a warm, prosperous database nurtured for over 14 years, with thousands of leads and a very large number of active buyers and sellers in Central Alberta. You’ll continue doing what you love—connecting people with homes—without the constant hustle. If you’re ready for a change but still want to stay in the game, we’d love to have you on board.

We are looking for a dedicated individual who embodies the spirit of a grinder and hustles hard to achieve outstanding results. We offer hourly pay plus bonuses. The ideal applicant has a knack for identifying sales opportunities, generating and qualifying leads, and funneling them to buyers and listing agents.

Our team offers training that works with today’s prospects, avoiding outdated sales methods that turn people off. There is a huge opportunity to convert numerous new leads monthly and a large existing database of leads into appointments and closings.

**Compensation**:$30,000 - $100,000+

**Responsibilities**:

- Qualify incoming leads for appointments with realtors and field agents to provide quick response times and meet their needs.
- Develop new business opportunities within specific geographies to expand clientele.
- Give monthly and quarterly sales reports to the team to show progress toward company goals.
- Use CRM to compile a list of all leads to ensure agents have up-to-date information to move through the listing and closing process.

**Qualifications**:

- Licensed Real Estate Associate in the Alberta
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a team mentality.
- High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.

**Self-Starter Mentality**:We are looking for someone who takes initiative, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can work independently. You should be proactive in identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing solutions without constant supervision.

**Adaptability**: The ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and learn new systems is crucial. You should be comfortable navigating different software interfaces, troubleshooting technical issues, and staying up to date with emerging office technologies.

**Problem-Solving Skills**: A strong problem-solving mindset is essential. You should be able to analyze complex issues, identify root causes, and propose effective solutions to streamline office operations and optimize workflow.

**Attention to Detail**: Meticulous attention to detail is necessary to ensure accuracy and precision in managing office systems. You should be thorough in your work, carefully documenting processes, and maintaining organized electronic files.

**Collaboration and Communication**: While self-starting is important, you should also be a team player with excellent communication skills. The ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, understand their technology needs, and provide assistance and guidance when required is vital.

You should have a passion for exploring new tools, attending training sessions, and expanding your knowledge base to continually improve office systems and processes.
