1. Inside Sales Support Representative (Full-Time)
Location: Shawnigan Lake, BC (Must live on Vancouver Island and within commuting distance)
We are looking for a dynamic, proactive, and experienced Inside Sales Support Representative to support our sales team and help drive growth. This role is phone-focused (about 50%), requiring strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills. You will report directly to the Sales Manager.
What You Will Do
- Proactively contact existing and prospective B2B clients to build relationships and uncover sales opportunities.
- Prepare quotes, follow up on leads, set call-back dates, and provide exceptional customer service.
- Educate clients on our products, programs, and how we can support their business.
- Maintain accurate customer records in our Zoho CRM.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop growth strategies and achieve targets.
- Actively listen to customer needs and recommend tailored solutions.
What You Should Already Have
- Must live on Vancouver Island and within reasonable distance of Shawnigan Lake.
- Excellent phone presence and strong listening skills.
- Valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle.
- Experience in sales support, customer service, or a similar role.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks, Zoho, and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, etc.).
- Highly organized, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
- Self-motivated and eager to learn.

2. Administrative Assistant – Logistics & Inventory Management (Full-Time)
Location: Shawnigan Lake, BC
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support logistics, inventory, and general office administration. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, staying organized, and coordinating information between office, warehouse, and supplier teams.
Key Responsibilities Inventory & Logistics Coordination
- Maintain accurate inventory records, product orders, and shipment information using internal systems and QuickBooks.
- Assist with purchase orders, invoices, and packing lists.
- Communicate with suppliers, carriers, and warehouse staff regarding order status.
- Reconcile inventory discrepancies and update stock in coordination with operations.
- Monitor supply levels and assist in reordering products.
Administrative Support
- Perform data entry, filing, and document management with accuracy.
- Respond to phone and email inquiries from customers and vendors.
- Assist management with scheduling, recordkeeping, and general office duties.
- Maintain both digital and physical filing systems for logistics, accounting, and product records.
Collaboration & Office Coordination
- Work closely with logistics, accounting, and sales departments to ensure data accuracy.
- Help improve office processes and communication workflows.
- Prepare internal reports such as inventory summaries and shipment logs.
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in administrative, logistics, or inventory support roles preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks and inventory/logistics software (e.g., SOS Inventory, Fishbowl, Cin7) is an asset.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently while coordinating across multiple teams.
- Comfortable working with numbers and data entry.
