**Soquelec Ltd.**, founded in 1974, is the Canadian distributor of consumables and equipment for high-end imaging, analysis, and sample preparation research laboratories across Canada.

Job Summary
You will be responsible for the day-to-day administrative and clerical tasks, as well as any task required by any ongoing projects. They must have the ability to work diligently to help maintain smooth office operations with a positive attitude. They also must provide administrative support to the sales team when applicable. They will also be managing all purchase orders and the creation of invoices on our purchasing platform.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform regular updates on company and supplier CRMs.
- Process sales orders, including purchasing, invoicing, shipping, and collection using

Microsoft GP.
- Coordinate public tender submissions.
- Perform regular maintenance and updates on company websites.
- Prepare monthly expense reports.
- Coordinate participation and attendance of applicable trade shows and conferences.
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail (envelopes, packages, etc.).
- Perform other day-to-day administrative and clerical duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Eligibility to work in Canada.
- CEGEP diploma or above.
- Prior experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP and/or Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
- Prior experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication skills in English and a working knowledge of French.
- Great attention to details.
- Conscientiousness and organization skills.
- Strong self-management skills and initiatives.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Excel & Word).

**Salary**: From $40,000.00 per year
