We are seeking a driven, highly organized, and dynamic **Executive Assistant** to support our founder and help steer the operational growth of the company. This role is ideal for someone with a positive attitude, exceptional organizational skills, and the ambition to grow into a **Director of Operations** role.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Executive Support**: Provide direct support to the founder, ensuring they stay organized and on track. Manage schedules, meetings, and communications with precision and discretion.
- **Real Estate & Property Management**: Handle paperwork and assist in preparing real estate contracts. Collaborate with property management tasks as needed. Experience in the real estate industry is a plus.
- **Operations Management**: Develop and improve operational processes, ensuring the company runs efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- **Accounting & Reconciliation**: Support monthly financial reconciliations, manage invoices, and track key metrics to maintain financial accuracy.
- **Communication**: Serve as a key point of contact for the founder, internal team, and external partners, demonstrating professionalism and strong interpersonal skills.
- **Project Management**: Track progress on ongoing projects, manage timelines, and ensure deadlines are met.
- **Visionary Support**: Assist in turning high-level ideas into actionable plans by staying one step ahead of the founder’s needs and keeping the big picture in focus.

**Qualifications**:

- **Proven Experience**: Prior experience as an Executive Assistant, Operations Manager, or similar role; real estate experience is highly desirable.
- **Organizational Wizardry**: Exceptionally organized, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and thrive under pressure.
- **Go-Getter Attitude**: Energetic, proactive, and solutions-oriented. Someone who takes initiative and runs with it.
- **Real Estate Knowledge**: Familiarity with real estate paperwork, contracts, and property management processes is a significant advantage.
- **Strong Communicator**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to manage relationships at all levels.
- **Numbers Savvy**: Comfortable with accounting, monthly reconciliations, and financial tracking.
- **Tech Skills**: Proficient in tools like Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and property management software (experience with Hostaway is a bonus).
- **Growth-Oriented**: Ambitious and eager to grow into a leadership role, with a desire to learn and contribute to the company’s success.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $38,000.00-$60,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
