What does the role entail?

Expectations include:

- Hiring and onboarding new wait staff and baristas
- Meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly targets
- Identify strategies to reduce expenses and drive revenue
- Report to upper-management on initiatives and performance of Coffee Bar
- Managing day-to-day operations of the cafe
- Training employees on drinks preparation and proper use of coffee equipment
- Taking inventory of supplies and ordering new stock as needed.
- Identifying strategies to retain and attract customers.
- Lead by example by having exceptional customer service and communication skills

We are looking for someone with:

- 2-3 years experience managing a bar or cafe
- 2+ years Barista experience
- Business acumen
- Familiarity with the industry
- Smart Serve and Food Handlers Certification
