**Requirement, skills, and ability**:

- Have **at least 3-years of experience** in Specialty Coffee Industry.
- SCA certificate - **a big plus.**:

- **Advanced Latte Art** skills are a **prerequisite** for employment.
- An active member of the Toronto specialty coffee, with a strong ability to build relationships with customers and coffee communities.
- Comfortable with working with POS, Scheduling and Purchasing Systems software
- Highly accountable and well-organized, with an ability to oversee a team of staff and prioritize multiple projects effectively
- Strong teamwork personality with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Have a desire for personal development and a willingness to learn new skills.
- Have no boundaries in collaboration and innovation, with the ability to inspire team members and customers.
- Strong communication skills and a genuine sense of humour and kindness, thoughtful for team and customers and positive attitude.

Salary upon the results of the interview.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 40 per week

**Salary**: $21.00-$23.00 per hour
