**Who are we?**

**What does the role entail?**
- Prepare and serve coffee and tea drinks that meet high quality standards, quickly and efficiently
- Properly handle and maintain all equipment
- Respond to orders, questions, concerns, and complaints in a polite and efficient manner
- Accurately handle cash and credit card payments, following appropriate cash-handling procedures
- Follow company processes and communicate effectively for a well-functioning and well-informed coffee bar
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of all the menu offerings
- Cultivate relationships with regulars and building relationships new customers
- Observe relevant health and safety standards

We can offer part-time hours for our baristas. Note, this is role requires that you MUST be available Weekends. Note, our starting rate for a Barista position is $18 with opportunity for growth within the company.

**General Qualifications**:

- 2+ years experience as a Barista
- Food handlers Certificate and Smart Serve required

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 15-20 per week

**Salary**: $18.00 per hour
