**Duties**

- Assist with cash handling processes as required, ensuring accuracy in transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and improve service delivery.
- Utilize Microsoft Office tools for documentation and reporting purposes.
- Analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement in service delivery.

**Skills**
- Proficiency in English; multilingual or bilingual capabilities are a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with experience in call center environments preferred.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to engage with clients effectively.
- Passionate about the Eyelash Extensions and Beauty
- Ability to perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Familiarity with sales techniques is beneficial for upselling opportunities.
- Effective analysis skills to assess customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
