**Position Overview - Customer Care Specialist (Beauty)**

- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
- Assist with payment handling as needed, ensuring accuracy and discretion.
- Work closely with internal teams to resolve complex cases and continuously improve service quality.
- Use Microsoft Office tools to document and report effectively.
- Gather and analyze client feedback to identify opportunities for enhanced service and experience.
**Your Profile**
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a significant advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with previous experience in **customer care or call center environments** preferred.
- Impeccable phone manners, polished presentation, and a **refined sense of hospitality**.
- **Deep passion for the world of eyelash extensions, beauty, and elegance.**:
- Confident with data entry, CRM tools, and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with sales techniques and an intuitive ability to identify upselling opportunities.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to adapt responses to meet individual customer needs.
- Typing proficiency for efficient documentation of customer interactions.
