Already a leader in preservative-free eye treatments, we’re one of Canada’s fastest growing healthcare companies, headquartered in Montreal near the McGill Superhospital.

We are currently looking for a **Customer Care Representative **(M/F), who will play an important role in our small but dynamic team, dedicated to building and improving our fast-growing business. When our customers or patients contact us, they receive personalized attention from a knowledgeable employee, not a call centre.

At Candorvision your role will involve:

- Introducing our treatments to doctors and clinic staff, providing information about ordering and assisting with sampling
- Creating and updating accounts' profiles in CRM database
- Assisting with order processing and inventory management
- Occasional administrative support and receptionist tasks
- Special assignments and projects as the business grows and evolves

**Must-haves**
- You have a minimum of 1-2 years of sales/customer service experience
- You communicate perfectly in English and French, both written and verbal
- You have excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
- You are energetic, yet personable, open-minded, and caring
- You have strong organizational skills, proactive work ethic and attention to detail
- You’re a team player; collaborative, inquisitive and ready to help where needed.
- You can multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- You never need to be followed up with.
- You’re committed to adapting to dynamic circumstances in an entrepreneurial environment with a positive attitude.
- Previous experience in the pharmaceutical/optical/healthcare/beauty industry is an asset
- Previous experience working with high-end brands or products is welcome
- Ethernet connection for phone at home (phone and cables will be provided)

**What we offer**
- Starting salary of $42,000 with growth opportunities

Nous sommes à la recherche d'un(e)Représentant du Service à la Clientèle(H/F), qui jouera un rôle important au sein de notre petite mais dynamique équipe, dédiée à la developpement et à l'amélioration de notre entreprise en pleine croissance. Lorsque nos clients ou patients nous contactent, ils reçoivent une attention personnalisée de la part d'un employé bien informé, et non d'un centre d'appels.

Chez Candorvision, votre rôle consistera à:

- Communiquer avec les clients et patients B2B actuels et potentiels **par téléphone et courriel (entrant et sortant)**:

- Présenter nos traitements aux médecins et au personnel de la clinique, fournir des informations sur les commandes et aider à l'échantillonnage
- Création et mise à jour des profils de comptes dans notre CRM
- Aide au traitement des commandes et à la gestion de l’inventaire
- Tâches occasionnelles de soutien administratif et de réception
- Missions et projets spéciaux au fur et à mesure que l'entreprise grandit et évolue

Les Exigences:

- Vous avez au moins 1 à 2 ans d'expérience en vente/service client
- Vous communiquez parfaitement en anglais ettant à francais l'écrit qu'à l’oral
- Vous avez d'excellentes compétences en présentation et en relations interpersonnelles
- Vous êtes énergique, mais sympathique, ouvert d'esprit et attentionné
- Vous avez de solides compétences organisationnelles, une éthique de travail proactive et une attention aux détails
- Vous êtes un joueur d'équipe; collaboratif, curieux et prêt à aider en cas de besoin.
- Vous pouvez effectuer plusieurs tâches à la fois, hiérarchiser et gérer le temps efficacement
- Vous n'avez jamais besoin d'être suivi
- Vous appliquez facilement MS Office et êtes ouvert à vous adapter à notre système CRM.
- Vous êtes déterminé à vous adapter à des circonstances dynamiques dans un environnement entrepreneurial avec une attitude positive
- Une expérience antérieure dans l'industrie pharmaceutique/optique/santé/beauté est
