Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Care Specialist. As a Customer Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their satisfaction. **Duties**:

- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional and efficient manner
- Maintain customer records and update information as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and resolve problems
- Perform data entry tasks to update customer information and track interactions

**Skills**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations with empathy and professionalism
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Knowledge of phone etiquette and ability to handle high call volumes

**Salary**: From $20.00 per hour
