You’ll be joining a positive and experienced team that values efficiency, kindness, and professionalism. This is an independently owned office with no DSO or large corp affiliations. It is a small 3-operatory office (1 dds and 1 hygienist working at a time), so things never get too hectic

**Your Role**:
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their days. The majority of the time you will be assisting chairside, but on certain days you will be helping at the front desk and floating.

**Clinical Duties Include**:

- Assisting during dental procedures
- Taking digital X-rays and intraoral scans (Trios 3Shape)
- Taking alginate impressions (occasionally)
- Sterilization and room setup/cleanup
- Managing clinical inventory and supply organization

**Reception Duties Include**:

- Greeting and checking in patients
- Booking appointments
- Processing payments and insurance claims
- General office tidying (including floors and bathrooms)

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Level II Dental Assistant with NDAEB and HARP certification
- A team player with excellent time management and communication skills
- Comfortable with occasional front desk duties
- Experience in dental reception (asset, not required)
- Familiarity with Tracker software (asset, not required)
- Experience with RecallMax (asset, not required)

**Schedule (Approx. 31.25 hours/week)**:

- **Monday**: 1 PM - 8 PM (Assisting 1-7, Reception 7-8)
- **Tuesday**: 11 AM - 5 PM (Assisting 11-4, Reception 4-5)
- **Wednesday**: 11 AM - 5 PM (Assisting 11-4, Reception 4-5)
- **Thursday**: 2 PM - 8 PM (Reception)
- **Alternating Fridays**: 8:45 AM - 3 PM (Assisting)
- **Alternating Saturdays**: 8:45 AM - 2 PM (Assisting)
