**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and answering multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining organized records and files.
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace for document creation, spreadsheets, and presentations.
- Assist with personnel and project tasks, ensuring records are up-to-date.
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while handling clerical duties.
- Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution.
- Coordinate appointments and manage scheduling for staff as needed.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks to enhance productivity.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within a construction office environment.
- Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new software quickly.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and professional phone etiquette.
- Experience with data entry, filing systems, and clerical tasks is essential.
- Typing proficiency with strong proofreading abilities to ensure high-quality documentation.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $23.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 per week
