**Summary**

Reporting to the Senior Director, the Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the design and development team staff supporting LINC Home Study, as well as planning and implementing the changes required to align and integrate LINC Home Study’s technical infrastructure and related workflow and processes with Avenue.ca’s Moodle platform.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and assign work tasks of the design and development team members (Multimedia Designer and Software Developers)
- Provide leadership, guidance and resources to design and development team members.
- Complete staff supervisory duties in accordance with company policy.
- Manage requirements gathering and specifications for design and development work.
- Conduct regular development team meetings as well as meetings to gather business requirements, share ideas and findings.
- Collaborate across departments and work streams to ensure creative, cost-effective, client-centered solutions.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders about the status of design and development teamwork and any actions required.
- Assist with testing, quality assurance, and user experience design as needed.
- Escalate issues to leadership in a timely manner, anticipate and mitigate risks.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- Post secondary education in computer science, multimedia design, learning technology, business or related discipline.
- 3+ years experience leading or implementing technology-related projects.
- Strong interpersonal, business communication and meeting facilitation skills.
- Proficient with MS Office Suite.
- Excellent prioritization, time management, and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Willing to learn new skills on the job.
- Experience with LINC Home Study program is preferred.
- Experience working with Azure DevOps, Visual Studio, Adobe Creative Suite, CSS, HTML 5 an asset.
- PMP certification and knowledge of Agile methodologies an asset.
- Learning Management System (particularly Moodle) experience an asset.
- Not-for-profit or settlement sector experience an asset.
