As a Coordinator with our Show Services team, you will:

- Submit services orders
- Manage and coordinate installation teams across Canada.
- Schedule retail and trade show installations with suppliers and internal departments.
- Book travel arrangements.
- Organize and arrange show services for trade shows in Canada/USA.
- Communicate with staff regarding projects, deadlines and deliverables.
- Organize pre-show meetings with required team members.
- Troubleshoot and respond to issues, last minute requirements, etc.
- Purchase order entry
- Reconcile jobs after show/event is completed.

About you:

- Minimum of 1 year of administrative experience.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Team player who wants to have fun.
- Experience with Microsoft Office.
