**Job Summary**:
Are you ready to embrace the pivotal role at Salisbury Landscaping as our Accounting Clerk? Under the guidance of the Landscape General Manager, you'll be the financial virtuoso handling the intricacies of accounts receivable and payable, ensuring a harmonious flow in our financial landscape.

Your keen eye for detail will shine as you meticulously enter and code invoices and transactions into QuickBooks, ensuring accuracy at every step. Reconciling invoices and vendor statements will become second nature to you, and you'll expertly navigate any discrepancies that arise. Your role extends beyond numbers - you'll prepare bill payment cheques, complete weekly cheque runs, and assist in preparing payroll processing, ensuring that our financial processes operate seamlessly.

***Duties and Responsibilities**:
Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Salisbury Landscaping
- Enter and code invoices and credit card transactions into QuickBooks
- Reconcile all invoices and vendor statements
- Follow up on discrepancies between vendor statements and invoice
- Prepare bill payment cheques and complete weekly cheque run
- Bill clients for completed jobs
- Track and follow up on outstanding client payments
- General Reporting
- Other duties as required

Payroll
- Assist in preparing payroll processing for all Salisbury group of companies (peak season 180 employees) Review and enter timesheets

Administration
- Additional duties may be required to support the overall operations of Salisbury

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Training in Accounting
- 2 years experience in an accounting role
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop and Microsoft Suite required
- Formal payroll training
- Ability to learn new software systems efficiently
- Able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Strong investigative, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities
- Team player
