**Accounting Clerk**

Are you looking to drive your career forward? We are looking for an experienced Accounting Clerk to join our team for a 1 year maternity leave coverage, possibly leading to a permanent position. Reporting to the Controller, you will be responsible for facilitating a wide variety of accounting and administrative activities.

**Your Key Responsibilities**
- Posting & reconciling Used Deals.
- Post expenses & reconcile Mastercard statement.
- Review and clean schedules
- Filing, postage & mail, office organization
- Run basic errands and purchase off-site supplies.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Your Capabilities And Credentials**
- Experience in a similar role will be considered an asset.
- Experience with CDK software will be considered an asset
- MS Office skills (Excel, Word).
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required to interact with internal clients, key vendors, and employees.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational and time management skills, handling multiple priorities, performing a variety of tasks and meeting required deadlines.
- Proven ability to multi-task in a high-volume, fast-paced working environment, frequently under urgent deadlines.

**Salary**: $35,360.00-$41,600.00 per year
