Position Overview:
Garage Door Ninja Inc. seeks a dynamic Overhead Door Technician to enhance our team. This role demands a perfect blend of sales acumen, exemplary customer service, and sharp troubleshooting abilities for a wide range of garage door systems.

Primary Responsibilities:

- Diagnose the issue, offer customer options, negotiate and get approval of the scope of work and budget with customers
- Conduct high-quality repairs, installations, and service calls for a diverse set of overhead door models.
- Forge and sustain trust-based relationships with customers, suppliers, and fellow team members.
- Efficiently manage and organize inventory and equipment in company-provided service vehicles.
- Elevate customer understanding of our comprehensive offerings to maximize their satisfaction.
- Diligently complete service reports and manage job flow through our CRM system.
- Secure customer payments upon job completion.

Essential Skills and Attributes:

- Adept with hand and power tools and skilled in layout and installation procedures.
- Comfortable with heights and physically capable of lifting at least 60 lbs.
- Proficient in English, both in writing and verbal communication.
- Independent and resourceful with an aptitude for mechanical and electrical systems.
- Efficient time management with the ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Possess a clean BC driver's license and demonstrate independent, mínimal-supervision work ethic.
- Open to working overtime and on-demand as required by service needs.

- Experienced with residential and commercial overhead doors.

Educational Requirements:

- High School Diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education is a plus.

Compensation:

- Commensurate with experience, with potential for performance-based raises linked to exceptional service delivery.

Job Environment:

- Availability for emergency and scheduled after-hours, weekend, and holiday service.

- Requirements include driving a company vehicle and passing all necessary security clearances.

Pay: $55,000.00-$95,000.00 per year
