**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Greet visitors, answer incoming calls, and respond to inquiries in a professional manner
- Prepare and proofread correspondence, reports, forms, and other documents
- Maintain electronic and paper filing systems; organize and retrieve information as needed
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Order and manage office supplies and equipment inventory
- Assist with data entry, records management, and invoicing
- Support internal teams with administrative tasks and documentation
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Other duties as assigned by management

**Requirements**:

- Completion of **secondary school (high school diploma)** is required
- Post-secondary education in **office administration, business, or a related field** is considered an asset.
- Proficiency in **Microsoft Office Suite** (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Experience with **basic data entry and document formatting.**:

- Strong **verbal and written communication skills** in English

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.20-$18.50 per hour

Expected hours: 32 per week
