**Specific Skills**
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Answer and relay telephone calls and messages
- Answer electronic and telephone enquiries
- Daily communication with head office
- Compile data, statistics and other information
- Material requests to purchasing department
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory
- Record and prepare minutes of meetings
- Open and distribute regular and electronic incoming mail and other material and co-ordinate the flow of information
