As an independent contractor representing Axiom-FrontLine Financial, you will be responsible to solicit prospective clients, perform financial needs analysis for individuals and/or families, and sell insurance products to meet those needs. You will also service existing clients and have opportunities to move into leadership roles.
To be successful as an Insurance Independent Contractor Sales Manager, you must have:
- Highly motivated to succeed
- Commitment to earn six figures and beyond
- Work well independently as well as in a team environment
- Valid driver’s license
- Actively recruiting new talents
- Excellent at Sales/closing Sales
- Have or be willing to obtain required insurance license(s)
- Comply with federal and provincial laws and regulations
- Comply with Company Compliance Framework and Code of Ethics
- Must have PR or above

**Salary**: $70,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
