**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Strategic Sales Planning**: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies and plans that align with our company's goals. Utilize market insights and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- **Leadership & Team Management**: Manage, mentor, and motivate the sales and estimators teams to reach their full potential. Conduct regular performance evaluations, set clear goals, and implement training programs to enhance skills and productivity.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Address client needs, resolve issues, and ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- **Market Development**: Identify and explore new market segments and business opportunities. Leverage industry trends and market data to adapt strategies and drive growth.
- **Sales Performance Monitoring**: Track sales metrics, including revenue, customer acquisition, and conversion rates. Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and strategic recommendations.
- **Collaboration & Coordination**: Work closely with marketing, production, and product development teams to ensure alignment on product offerings, promotions, and customer requirements.
- **Product Expertise**: Maintain in-depth knowledge of our product range and industry developments. Share expertise with the sales team and assist in the development of product training materials.
**Qualifications**:
- Preferred 10 years of sales experience in the manufacturing or construction industry (preferably Glass manufacturing) or a related field, with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing a successful sales team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills. Proven ability to analyze market trends, manage budgets, and use CRM systems effectively.
- Driven, proactive, and customer-focused with a strong problem-solving aptitude. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
