Rideau Supply is a leading supplier of Pumps, Water Treatment Technology, Drilling, Irrigation, Waste Water, and Heating supplies. We work with our customers to build strong relationships and to provide the best products and service. The Company is comprised of 6 locations in Ontario (Stratford, Barrie, Hastings, North Bay, Etobicoke and Perth) and one in Amherst Nova Scotia.

As a Business Territory Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our valued customers, building strong relationships while helping them achieve their business goals. This is a hands-on role where you’ll have the chance to represent our brand, train customers on our products, and address everyday challenges to deliver outstanding service.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Meet with potential, new, and existing business partners to understand their needs and demonstrate how our products can support their goals.
- Communicate effectively with our internal teams to ensure top-notch service and customer satisfaction.
- Educate customers on our products and processes, ensuring they are comfortable and confident in selling and installing our products.
- Serve as the “hands and feet” on the ground, supporting customers directly and providing expert guidance.
- Assist with resolving product and service issues and collaborate with customers and suppliers for successful project outcomes.
- Promote monthly specials and track sales progress.

**Additional Responsibilities**:

- Lead or assist in seminars and product training sessions.
- Take responsibility for customer issues, troubleshooting and ensuring timely resolutions.
- Partner with suppliers when necessary to provide additional support.
- Help with warranty returns and provide logístical support where needed.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- 1-3 years of related experience in sales or a technical field, or a combination of education and experience.
- Technical knowledge of products-pumps, tanks, water treatment, drilling, and heating supplies.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with customers.
- A team player with an aptitude for learning and a customer-first mindset.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Proven track record of sales success in a related industry.
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to problem-solve effectively.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and stay organized.
