**Role Summary**:

- Our Mississauga Branch is looking for a Service Coordinator to join the team. The Service Coordinator is
- responsible for organizing and managing the schedules of Life Safety service technicians to ensure timely
- and efficient delivery of service. This role involves coordinating between customers, service technicians,
- and other departments to maintain optimal operations and customer satisfaction.

**Key Job Responsibilities**:

- Schedule and dispatch service life-safety technicians for various customer service requests.
- Coordinate with customers to confirm service appointments and provide updates.
- Arranging subcontractors as needed to complete work
- Maintain accurate records of service schedules, technician availability, and job details.
- Communicate with service technicians to ensure they have all necessary information and resources.
- Manage completed technician inspection reports
- Monitor the progress of service jobs and adjust schedules as needed to ensure completion of work
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline service operations and enhance overall efficiencies
- Other duties as required.

**Job Qualifications and Requirements**:

- High school diploma or post-secondary degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a coordination or administrative role.
- Work experience in fire safety industry is preferred but not mandatory
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office programs, and other relevant software tools.
- Excellent ability to manage multiple priorities, attention to details and adhere to tight deadlines.
- Customer-focused mindset, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to managing service operations.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and as part of a team.
