Warehouse & Deliveries Coordinator

**Must have truck driving experience, Valid G License & clean driving abstract.**

We are currently looking to add to our existing Team, by filling the position of Warehouse/Delivery Coordinator.

The Warehouse/Deliveries Coordinator will report to the Client Services Manager. In this role, you will be expected to support the following as required:

- 80% Delivery of products / 20% receiving & admin. (this will vary depending on season and
company work/project)
- Shipping, receiving, organizing the warehouse, tool & product inventory
- Facility maintenance
- Installation & calibration of CO2 tanks
- Fleet coordination with Internal Operations Coordinator
- Office general maintenance as per daily, weekly and monthly schedule
- Other projects as assigned by Department Manager, and the President & CEO

**Position Summary**:

- Workday commences at 6:00 A.M. (or otherwise communicated by Manager)
- 40 - 44 hour work weeks
- Overtime hours to be pre-authorized/pre-approved by Manager, in writing
- Morning receiving and report being mailed out
- Daily meeting with Projects Support staff
- Delivery/pick up of products - A minimum of six (6) deliveries per day is mandated.
- Shipping, receiving, replenishing stock
- Daily deliveries are to be followed by organization of the Warehouse, and ensuring that receiving is completed by end of day.
- End of day meeting with Project Administration staff is a mandatory requirement.
- RMA’s
- Daily facility maintenance
- Maintain system for equipment control and maintenance
- Maintain system for safety equipment & first aid supplies purchase
- Maintain MSDS lists both in back and in outdoor box.
- Organize & maintain a safe & tidy warehouse
- Chemical dispensing
- Build of project skids as required.
- Weekly inventory stock check
- May be requested to be an ‘active’ member of Joint Health & Safety Committee (as voted upon by your peers)
- Monthly fire extinguisher checks
- Empty Kitchen garbage on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and as required
- Keep bathrooms and kitchen stocked with essentials
- Maintain order/organization/tidiness of the supply room (stocking shelves with product, removing empty boxes, and ensuring the floor is cleared of debris)
- Prepare safety bags for new hires, upon the request of the Internal Operations & HR Coordinator
- Ongoing stock/inventory checks - Placing orders with the appropriate internal staff accordingly.
- Other duties as assigned and appropriate to skills and experience

**Required Competencies**:

- Must have a Valid G or DZ driver’s license & clean driver’s abstract
- Forklift certification - Raymond Reach truck
- Experience in warehouse management/coordination required
- Exceptional organizational and coordination skills, and attention to detail
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Flexible and adaptable, and able to multi-task in a fast paced environment
- A team player, who can also work efficiently independently
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
