**Service Coordinator**

The Service Coordinator manages the schedules and day-to-day operations of all the Technical Service Personnel. The work environment is fast paced and the Coordinator will need to be able to make quick and sound decisions. As a Service Coordinator, you will work with clients to provide quality service and to ensure clients get the services they need. There is a heavy customer service basis, as the Service Coordinator is often the initial contact, so having good people skills is a must. You will also need to build strong relationships with our partners and service providers to ensure clients receive the best care possible.

**Essential Responsibilities**
- Coordinates the technical and logistic support for Technical Service Personnel.
- Plans, schedules, and tracks Service Technicians for day-to-day operations.
- Serves as the initial point of contact for Technical Service Personnel. Assists with logistics including travel for Technical Service Personnel.
- Reviews each Field Service Report to ensure all required documents are included, filled out completely and accurately, and filed properly for future reference.
- Ensures service utilization is maximized for profitability.
- Advocate for adequate, timely and cost-effective services
- Participate in handling and maintain the eRMA work as it pertains to warranty and repair claims.
- Interface with our customers and end users based on communication with them, in terms of warranty claims.
- Take service-related phone calls from facilities and homecare customers, update service orders, record service calls on an Excel spreadsheet, and dispatch service call to appropriate field technician.
- All other tasks as assigned by supervisor.
- Assist in the warehouse as needed or when all primary functions are completed.

**Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**
- Proven work experience as a Service Coordinator or similar role
- Strong planning capabilities, organizational skills, leadership ability, and customer service skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment is critical
- Strong work ethic and service skills
- Stay up to date with services, policies, and regulations
- Strong record-keeping and analytical skills
- Intermediate experience with MS Word, Excel, Power Point, and other software products.
- Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in written form.
- Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues over the phone
- Must be able to comfortably carry 50 lbs.
- Must be able to accurately type at least 30 words/numbers per minute.

**Physical & Mental Requirements**

Must have the physical and mental strength and endurance to be able to perform duties, as well as the ability to handle stressors of the position in operational and administrative situations. Required to frequently lift and move up to 50 pounds.

**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
