**DESCRIPTION**

This position works closely with the technicians and reports directly to the Service Supervisor, Monday through Friday, 8:00am-5:00 pm

**QUALIFICATIONS**

This role requires a high level of emotional intelligence, adaptability and positive “can-do” attitude, as well as:

- Customer service focus
- Team player with effective communication skills
- Computer proficient and an openness to learning new technologies
- Self-directed time-management skills
- Ability to multi-task in an often high-pressure environment
- Motivate Field Staff

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Minimum of 2 years of previous dispatch experience (within the door service industry would be an asset)
- Strong professionalism and customer service skills
- Ability to perform in a high-pressure environment
- Ability to multitask
- Strong attention to detail
- Knowledge of the Overhead Door industry preferred
- Experience dispatching multiple crews
- Ability to schedule (plan) ahead
- Familiarity with the overhead door industry is an asset
- Great Communication Skills
- Quick Learner
- Strong computer literacy
- Able to work in a fast paced environment as an individual or in a group
