**Sales Account Manager**

Are you passionate about health, wellness, and holistic healing? Do you have a proven track record of growing sales in a designated territory? We’re looking for a results-driven **Sales Account Manager** to manage and expand our B2B wholesale accounts, with a special focus on products related to health, wellness, crystals, and healing, gifts & souvenirs.

In this role, you will leverage your sales expertise to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, grow your territory, and drive revenue growth. You’ll be part of a dynamic team where your passion for our products and your strategic sales efforts make a real impact.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Account Management & Sales Growth**:

- Own and manage a designated sales territory within Eastern Canada, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to grow and expand the customer base in your region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Identify new business opportunities within your territory, targeting new customers and untapped markets.
- Work closely with the Marketing Innovation and Product Development teams to ensure the right products are aligned with customer needs.

**Customer Engagement & Relationship Building**:

- Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders at wholesale and B2B accounts, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers by providing expert knowledge on our health and wellness products, including crystals and healing tools.
- Offer exceptional customer service and support, ensuring long-term customer loyalty.

**Sales Strategy & Execution**:

- Analyze market trends and customer needs to recommend targeted sales strategies.
- Use CRM tools to track and manage accounts, and sales progress.
- Provide feedback to internal teams on customer needs, market trends, and product opportunities.

**Collaboration & Reporting**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing and Product Development, to drive sales and promote new products.
- Regularly report on sales progress, customer feedback, and market conditions to leadership.
- Participate in trade shows, product demos, sales visits, and other events to promote products and build relationships.
- Proven experience in sales and account management, with a demonstrated ability to grow a territory and achieve sales goals.
- Strong affinity for health and wellness, crystals, and holistic healing practices.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage customers and drive sales.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Solid organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively.
- Comfortable with CRM systems and sales reporting.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
