We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our team and provide outstanding customer service while maintaining a clean, safe, and fun racing environment. As part of the K1 Speed family, you will be an essential part of delivering unforgettable experiences for our guests.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
**Schedule**: Must be available for weekends and have open availability.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Perform specified kitchen opening duties
- Execute casual fare menu items for a la carte orders
- Prepare menus for large group events and parties
- Assist with food prep, portioning, and presentation
- Help with stocking and inventory management
- Perform kitchen cleaning duties as assigned by management
- Complete closing duties to ensure the kitchen is secure and ready for the next day’s operation

**Basic Requirements**:

- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Food Handlers Certification is an asset
- Smart Serve certification is an asset
- Must be available for evening and weekend shifts
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation

**Education and Experience**:

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- At least one year of kitchen experience requires.

**Skills and Abilities**:
**Reasoning Ability**:

- Ability to follow detailed written or oral instructions
- Ability to solve problems in standardized situations

**Language Skills**:

- Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers and team members

**Mathematical Skills**:

- Ability to perform basic math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division)
- Ability to handle figures like discounts, interest, and commissions

**Work Environment**:

- Work is predominantly performed in an indoor environment, with occasional outdoor exposure
- Moderate noise levels typical of a high-energy entertainment facility
