**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in food preparation and cooking, including experience in any indian / chinese restaurants.

**Responsibilities**:

- Previous experience in a high-volume restaurant and a passion for food
- Contribute to a positive team environment
- Execute all items to the highest standard following recipes and procedures
- Ensure opening & closing procedures are completed accurately
- Maintain food quality and portion control at all times
- Maintain cleanliness and health & safety standards
- Follow all operational policies and procedures
- Maintain high level of food safety practices

**Responsibilities**:

- Must have flexible shift availability, including weekends
- Must have a solid understanding of the requirement of showing up for your shifts
- Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service
- Process transactions and perform cashier functions accurately and promptly
- Maintain the store's cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Balance the cash at the end of each shift
- Effective communication skills & stellar customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $15.60-$20.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Cambridge, ON N3H 4R7: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Cooking / cashier: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
