**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
- Ensure all dishes meet the restaurant’s quality, presentation, and taste standards.
- Answering phone calls and handling walk in customers for take out
- WE ARE A FRONT OF HOUSE KITCHEN THIS IS NOT BEHIND THE SCENE :)
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with food and supply management.
- Follow strict food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Work closely with the kitchen team and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth and efficient food service.
- Contribute to the development of new dishes or menu items.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, including proper storage of food items.
- Handle cash and operate a cash register when necessary.

**Required Experience & Skills**:

- Previous experience working in a professional kitchen or restaurant is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen equipment.
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices.
- Ability to work efficiently and stay calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a positive attitude toward collaboration.

Pay: From $17.20 per hour

Expected hours: 1 - 25 per week
