Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage warehouse operations, including order fulfillment, inventory management, and shipping/receiving.
- Ensure efficient and accurate processing of orders, including picking, packing, and shipping.
- Supervise warehouse staff, providing guidance and training as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
- Utilize our warehouse management systems
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions.

Preferred:

- Previous experience in warehouse management or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, including order fulfillment, inventory management, and shipping/receiving processes.
- Bilingual (French & English)
- Telecommunications experience

**Requirements**:

- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment.

**Salary**: $20.00-$29.47 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 60 per week
