**Position Summary**

Reporting to the Store Manager, the Warehouse Manager is responsible for the daily operations of the store warehouse. This position is responsible for inventory control of all Company products and the loading and unloading of new products. In addition, Warehouse Managers are responsible for providing customers with exceptional customer service during product pick-ups.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Greet customers in a professional and friendly manner in order to create a welcoming environment
- Assign warehouse tasks to Warehouse Associates in accordance with warehouse operating procedures.
- Assist customers in picking up purchased products
- Prepare product for scheduled deliveries to customers
- Build rapport by engaging in conversation with customers in order to establish a positive customer experience
- Seek to resolve customer opportunities by listening to customer concerns, diffusing the situation, and seeking the assistance of management when required
- Communicate customer complaints and feedback to management
- Responsible for receiving and tracking inbound furniture products from trucks
- Perform regular inspections and repairs of product furniture
- Responsible for all shipping and receiving duties which includes management of all inventory
- Regularly label and stock furniture
- Perform janitorial duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Completion of a High School Diploma or higher
- Previous shipping and receiving experience (minimum two (2) years preferred)
- Previous people management experience preferred
- Skilled in furniture setup and repair considered an asset
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Exceptional customer-service skills
- Able to work with diverse customers

**Working Environment**

Warehouse Managers work in direct retail establishments. A Manager is on duty during a Warehouse Manager’s shift. Warehouse Managers are required to stand for long periods of time and perform heavy lifting regularly.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $20.00 per hour
